Engineering World Day Marked in Kenya

The day which was marked and celebrated across all engineering centres countrywide.

Including all our engineers, technologists and technicians throughout Kenya.

Permanet Secretary said has said the mknistry is taking note on the issues around welfare & compensation of engineers that often leads to brain drain among Kenyan engineers.

He said the Ministry will look into the issues of improvement of employment terms to address this” PS state department for Roads.

EBK Chairman Erastas Mwongera said the Board is developing a digital registration system that will ensure a more improved and efficient service delivery to members.

Thereafter, there was a launch of Africa Journal Engineer Institute (AJERI)

The day also had different activities including a successful walk, treeplanting session and launch of AJERI magazine.

Atleast 350 engineers from various categories attended in person.
