East Africa Community Cabinet Secretary Rebecca Miano has taken a moment to wish all Mother’s well this Mother’s Day.
She notes,
“Happy Mother’s Day to All Mothers and Guardian Mothers. Words cannot capture how Special you are.
I am also aware that Mother’s Day can be a difficult day for so many people. I’m sending my Love and Compassion to Everyone.”
Hon Miano’s wish is testament and a reaffirmation of the hardwork, resilience, sacrifice, selflessness of our Mothers who toil hand to make sure they bring up healthy and God fearing children.
Hon Miano also urged Mothers to be good role models of the children at a time when there are several social ills and perversions in our society today.
